Functional IT Delivery Analyst

Our client is looking for an IT Delivery Analyst.

The IT Delivery Analyst joins an IT team (IT Factory Client) in charge of managing and evolving application solutions supporting client's business activities.

He acts as a partner of the Product Owner, the business lines and the IT teams in order to facilitate the analysis, preparation, coordination and delivery of requests and application developments.

In an Agile environment, he helps transform business needs into concrete solutions while ensuring the quality, consistency and proper execution of deliverables.

Initially, support tasks (see below) will be assigned to the Delivery Analyst in order to strengthen the team and understand the functional environment.

Main tasks

Analysis and preparation of requests:

• Collect, analyze and challenge business needs.

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders.

• Translate requirements into clear and actionable functional requirements.

• Carry out the necessary impact analyses.

• Document requests and proposed solutions.

You will support the Product Owner

• Accompany the Product Owner in the management and prioritization of the backlog.

• Write User Stories and acceptance criteria.

• Prepare the necessary elements for the implementation teams.

• Contribute to demand estimates and planning.

Support the 2nd/3rd Line

• Participate in the analysis of incidents and application problems.

• Take charge of the follow-up of incidents, coordinate their resolution and ensure appropriate communication with stakeholders.

• Independently use incident and request management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, EasyIT or equivalent.

• Ensure compliance with ITSM processes related to incident, problem and change management.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery solutions and practices.

• Participate in documentation and knowledge sharing.

Coordination and delivery

• Ensure coordination between business and IT stakeholders.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies. Or animate them.

• Monitor the progress of requests, risks and dependencies.

• Provide the necessary visibility into the progress of initiatives.

Testing and production

• Participate in the preparation of the functional and user tests.

• Ensure the follow-up and qualification of anomalies.

• Contribute to the preparation of production launches.

• Verify the adequacy between the needs expressed and the solutions delivered.

Continuous Improvement

• Participate in the analysis of incidents and application problems.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery solutions and practices.

• Participate in documentation and knowledge sharing.

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience in functional analysis.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Experience in coordinating and monitoring IT requests.

• Experience in functional testing and business validation.

• A good understanding of the software development lifecycle.

• An ability to interact effectively with business and technical contacts.

• Knowledge of interfaces, APIs, data flows, and application integrations is an asset.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management or equivalent.

• Connaissance de l'anglais B1
• Expérience confirmée dans la gestion opérationnelle du delivery applicatif, couvrant tant les évolutions que le support et la gestion des incidents.
• Expérience confirmée en analyse fonctionnelle
• Expérience en informatique
• Niveau de français C1

Should have:

Bachelor ou Master en Informatique, Ingénierie, Gestion ou équivalent

Capacité à interagir efficacement avec des interlocuteurs métier et techniques

Certification ITIL

Certifications Agile ou Business Analysis

Connaissances des pratiques DevOps

Expérience dans des environnements Agile/Scrum

Expérience dans le support applicatif

Expérience dans les tests fonctionnels et la validation métier

Expérience en analyse technique

Expérience en coordination et suivi de demandes IT

Expérience en développement logiciel.
