We're partnered with an innovative and rapidly growing Microsoft consultancy that is redefining how Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions are delivered within specialist industry sectors.

Unlike many traditional partners, this organisation doesn't simply implement Microsoft technology.

They have developed their own suite of industry-focused applications and software solutions, creating powerful, tailored platforms that integrate seamlessly with Dynamics 365 and deliver genuine business value to customers.

As growth continues, they are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Functional Lead to play a key role in customer engagements, leading projects from discovery through to delivery whilst overseeing cross-functional implementation teams.

The Role

This is a highly visible position where you will act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping organisations transform their processes through innovative Dynamics 365 solutions.

You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges, facilitate discovery workshops, define solution roadmaps and lead implementations that deliver measurable outcomes.

This role combines consultancy, solution design, project leadership and team management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being involved throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dynamics 365 CE implementation projects from discovery to go-live.
• Facilitate customer workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Provide functional leadership across project teams and workstreams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout delivery.
• Guide solution design and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with technical consultants, developers and architects to deliver successful outcomes.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations and project scoping when required.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

What We're Looking For

• Strong functional expertise across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Proven experience leading successful CRM implementation projects.
• Background in consultancy, partner or customer-facing delivery environments.
• Experience conducting workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder management.
• Ability to challenge requirements constructively and provide strategic guidance.
• Strong understanding of solution design, business process optimisation and CRM best practices.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A consultative mindset with a passion for developing long-term customer relationships.
