Role & responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Functional Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of digital trading and investment platforms, with a strong focus on mobile app journeys, wealth advisory solutions, and digital transformation initiatives in the BFSI domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project management from initiation to deployment for trading and investment products
• Lead delivery of mobile trading journeys including onboarding, order placement, portfolio tracking, and advisory
• Manage digital transformation programs across Wealth & Personal Banking
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, trading desks, compliance, and technology teams
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality metrics
• Deliver using Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) with strong sprint and backlog management
• Ensure adherence to capital markets regulations and risk frameworks
• Set up and manage project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and escalations

Required Skills & Experience

• 7-15 years of experience in Project / Program Management

• Strong domain expertise in:

• Capital Markets & Trading Platforms

• Wealth Management / Advisory Services

• Proven experience delivering:

• Mobile trading or investment applications

• End-to-end digital journeys in BFSI

• Strong knowledge of:

• Equities, derivatives, portfolio management, and trading workflows

• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe)

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

• Experience in managing transformation programs
