Functional Safety Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 该岗位前期在吴江开发区工作，预计明年初工作地点变更为常熟东南开发区。

Responsibilities

• Preparation of required documents related to reliability and functional safety, such as: Development Interface Agreement, Safety Plan, Technical Safety Concept, Safety Case and others;
• Review, implementation and verification of customer requirements in scope of reliability and functional safety field and cooperation with systems engineer to clarify possible ambiguities in requirements;
• Preparation and / or coordination of dependability analyzes, taking into account standards or specific requirements of customers, for example: calculation of reliability of electronic parts, fault tree analysis (FTA), calculation of architectural hardware metrics and possible other, unusual, calculations;
• Monitor the progress of the implementation of activities included in the Safety Plan and escalate any problems in accordance with the applicable procedure;
• Participation in project meetings including care about taking into account issues related to reliability and functional safety during the development of the product by other competences;
• Performing or supervising confirmation measures required for the projects being developed: confirmation reviews, safety audit, functional safety assessment depending on ASIL;
• Supporting DFMEA and PFMEA analyzes and providing specialist knowledge related to technical solutions ensuring sufficient system reliability depending on expectations and needs;
• Communication and contact with sub-suppliers and customers.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor or Master degree in engineering;
• At least 3 years' related working experience in automotive industry;
• Oral English can be worked as working language;
• Specific knowledge and software tools: DFMEA, ISO 26262, FTA;
• Quality standards knowledge: IATF16949:2016, Problem solving, APQP/FMEA;
• Soft skills: communication skills, time management, team work.
