Core Responsibilities

Business Requirement Analysis

• Requirement Gathering: Conducting workshops with business process owners to understand their current financial processes (As-Is) and future requirements (To-Be).

• Gap Analysis: Identifying the gap between standard SAP functionality and specific business needs, and proposing solutions or workarounds.

  • Integration with Other Modules (SD , MM , CO , PS)

Technical & Documentation Tasks

Functional Specifications

• Creating detailed Functional Specification (FS) documents for custom developments (RICEFW: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
• Collaborating with ABAP developers to ensure technical solutions align with functional requirements.

Data Migration

• Preparing templates for data upload (Master Data and Open Items).
• Using tools like LSMW or LTMC (S/4HANA) to migrate legacy data into the SAP system.

Testing and Quality Assurance

• Unit Testing: Testing individual configurations.
• System Integration Testing (SIT): Ensuring end-to-end business processes work across different modules.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Guiding business users through testing scenarios to gain final approval.

Support and Maintenance

• Post-Go-Live Support: Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting during the stabilization period.
• Month-End/Year-End Closing: Supporting the finance team in performing closing activities and generating financial statements.
• End-User Training: Developing training materials and conducting sessions for end-users to ensure system adoption.

Qualification:

• Degree in computer engineering, business administration, or related field
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Analytical and design thinking mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between business and IT.
• SAP S/4HANA Knowledge: Familiarity with the Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Fiori Apps, and New Asset Accounting.
• Great command of English and a native speaker of Thai
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for documenting necessary processes, business requirement proposals, client interaction, and project documentation as required
• Ability to debug issues and provide efficient solutions under pressure.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial business processes.
