Role Overview

Understand customer requirements and translate them into clear functional solutions, configuration requirements and delivery documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery sessions and document current and proposed business processes.
• Prepare requirement documents, process flows, fit-gap assessments and acceptance criteria.
• Map requirements to OIS product features, forms, workflows, reports and permissions.
• Configure demonstration scenarios and support customer presentations and proofs of concept.
• Coordinate requirement clarification with Product, QA and Implementation teams.

Required Skills

• Experience in functional consulting or business analysis for enterprise software.
• Ability to produce clear functional documents and explain business processes.
• Understanding of application configuration, workflows, roles and reporting.
• Excellent spoken and written English and confidence in customer-facing discussions.

Preferred: Experience in HCM, ERP, document management, workflow or project-management applications.
