The Role

We are hiring a Functional Support Officer (Chinese Speaker) to provide cross-functional support at SANY Group Türkiye, based in our Sancaktepe office. You will be responsible for supporting daily operations across HR, administration, and office management, coordinating documentation and reporting, and acting as a liaison for our Chinese-speaking colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general support across functional areas such as HR, administration, operations, and office management.
• Assist teams with documentation, reporting, and workflow coordination.
• Act as a liaison for Chinese-speaking employees, supporting translation and cross-cultural communication.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and internal processes.
• Support supervisors and management with ad hoc tasks and projects.
• Ensure smooth daily operations across relevant departments.

Requirements

Mandatory

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of work experience in administrative, HR, operations, brand, or general functional support roles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluent Chinese is required ; fluent English is required; Turkish is an advantage.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Türkiye.
