. Mentor and lead junior testers (for lead-level or high experience roles) . OK
Design, develop, and execute test scenarios across functional, regression, end-to-end (E2E), and production-parallel cycles .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, BA, PO) to clarify requirements and ensure quality delivery.
Manage defect tracking and reporting (Jira or similar tools).
(For some positions) Implement test automation frameworks (Selenium, UFT, API testing, Mobile testing, Playwright) and integrate with CI/CD tools like Jenkins +2 .
Develop and execute SQL queries for backend validation.
