Functions and Events Coordinator

The Functions and Events Coordinator is integral in promoting Hnry Stadium as a unique and premium venue through the Alto Events Brand.

Reporting to the Corporate Sales Manager and working alongside the Corporate Operations team, the Functions and Events Coordinator is responsible for selling and coordinating all aspects of events and functions held within the Stadium. The role requires end to end event coordination, while also looking for ways to drive sales, while maintaining and building client relationships.

Ideally, you will have the following experience and attributes;

• Proven event coordination and administration experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and evidence of exceptional relationship building
• Project management experience with the capacity to work across multiple work streams
• Have a positive and professional manner
• Have a passion for food and beverage
• Willing to go the extra mile, striving to delight customers

This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week and you will be required to work evenings and weekends.
