• Support monthly closing, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes for functional cost centers.

• Analyze functional costs and identify risks, opportunities, and improvement measures.

• Prepare management reports, KPI analyses, and presentations for leadership.

• Perform variance analyses and provide recommendations to support decision-making.

• Coordinate planning activities with business partners and functional stakeholders.

• Drive process harmonization, reporting automation, and digitalization initiatives.

• Support special projects, business cases, and efficiency programs.

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Experience in controlling, financial analysis, or corporate finance.

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

• Good SAP and MS Office skills; Power BI or similar analytics tools are an advantage.

• Ability to interact with international stakeholders and work independently.

• Fluent English required; German is beneficial but not mandatory.
