Functions Manager - Chapel St Pub

Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a knack for event coordination? The Wolf Windsor is looking for an experienced Functions Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who excels in both customer service and event planning, with a focus on managing day-to-day operations as a Duty Manager and stepping up to coordinate functions when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the venue's daily operations as Duty Manager, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and execute memorable events and functions.
• Handle booking inquiries, liaise with vendors, and manage schedules to ensure seamless function coordination.
• Support the team in creating a welcoming, efficient, and safe environment for all guests.
• Manage staffing and resources during events and providing frontline leadership.
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety throughout the venue.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in hospitality or events management, ideally with Duty Manager experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for client and team interaction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
