Fund Accountant

We are a licensed corporation in Hong Kong holding SFC Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) licenses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, valuation, audit, accounting, and tax reporting for funds and investment
• Provide support for valuations and maintain accounts and records for investment projects,
• Perform periodic fund reporting functions, prepare financial statements, annual reports, and tax filings for management's review.
• Support fund investor matters, including subscriptions, redemptions, and data requests, as well as AML/KYC compliance
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and financial regulations
• Liaise with external parties, such as banks, brokers, auditors and fund administrator.
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related disciplines.
• CPA qualification preferred
• At least 2-3 years relevant experience in fund operations working in asset management firms, fund houses or fund administrators.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent command of written & spoken in Chinese, English.
