What they need
Managing accounting and financial operations of the fund, preparation and distribution of financial reports to investors and regulatory bodies.
Compliance management including Tax laws, SEBI laws, GAAP, timely audit closures, etc.
Required Candidate profile
Strong / Hands on exposure to Fund Accounting or setting up a fund (AIF experience preferred)
Work exposure in Big 4 audit firms would be an added advantage
