Job Description :

We are looking for a detail-oriented Fund Accountant with hands-on experience in fund accounting, preferably within Private Equity / Alternative Investments / Secondaries. The role will support accounting and financial operations for secondaries investment vehicles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage cash requirements across secondaries investment vehicles.
• Track and reconcile daily cash flows for investment partnerships.
• Facilitate wire payments to vendors, investments, and third parties.
• Reconcile fund investments across Limited Partnership (LP) interests.
• Prepare capital call and distribution calculations.
• Maintain fund General Ledger (GL) and Trial Balance (TB).
• Support LP/investor reporting, analysis, and investor queries.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit deliverables.
• Perform regular account and investment reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of fund accounting activities.

Candidate Profile

• 2–6 years of hands-on Fund Accounting experience.

• Experience in Private Equity / Secondaries / Alternative Investments preferred.

• Strong understanding of:

• Investment Reconciliation

• LP / Investor Reporting

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems.

• Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
