We’re looking for a Fund Accounting powerhouse who doesn’t just close NAVs — but owns the process, elevates the team, and becomes the go-to expert everyone relies on.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of NAV calculations, ensuring every transaction tells the right financial story (securities, derivatives, corporate actions, subscriptions/redemptions & beyond)
• Be the trusted recon hero — making movements and positions align seamlessly with custodians, prime brokers, and other key players
• Act as the bridge between teams, solving discrepancies fast and keeping everything (and everyone) in sync
• Stay on top of issues — proactively chasing resolutions with clients and counterparties
• Deliver sharp controls & insightful variance explanations — because details matter
• Become the go-to expert and mentor for both junior and senior accountants
• Support leadership with second-level NAV checks — adding that extra layer of confidence
• Turn data into value by preparing reports and stats that actually drive decisions

What you offer:

• Strong background in Fund Accounting with deep understanding of mutual funds, securities & derivatives
• You can explain complex topics simply — and people actually get it
• You feel comfortable woking under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines without compromising quality
• You think analytically and communicate clearly — a rare but powerful combo
• Fluent English is a must; French would be an asset
• Knowledge of NeoXam GP4 knowledge would be an asset
