Fund Controller

KR Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a renowned Investment firm in their search for a Fund Controller. The successful applicant should have between 5 and 8 years' experience in either audit, servicing funds or as an in-house Controller.

The role

• Review accounting records, financial reports, and investor statements.
• Manage cash flows, including distributions and capital calls
• Assist with deal execution
• Review tax reporting and manage the tax compliance process
• Assist with transactions and restructurings
• Support new fund structures with the legal team.
• Oversee year-end audit.
• Support the boards of directors for the funds and SPVs

Experience

• Ideally a qualified accountant
• At least 5 years’ experience in private equity or other alternative investment strategies
• Excellent knowledge of Lux GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Motivated, dependable, and able to prioritise under pressure
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
• Curious mindset, eager to learn and improve
