Job Description

• Handle enquiries from internal/external parties in relation to fund dealing, fund performance, NAV calculation or any related matters.
• Oversee the quality of service provided by service provider including but not limited to Fund Administrator, Custodian and Transfer Agency etc. and follow up with service providers if there is any issue.
• Enhance the analytical review on the fee and expenses, cashflow and other fund related reporting.
• Liaise with external auditors and review financial statements for the funds.
• Participate in the execution of investment projects, including but not limited to due diligence, valuation participation, etc.
• Support ad-hoc business initiatives as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting and/or Finance related, HKICPA, AICPA and other accounting qualifications are prefered
• Around 5 years of substantial multi-faceted work experience with exposure to multiple disciplines in private equity, venture capital, alternative asset management or global Big 4 audit/accounting firms
• Experienced in financial auditing, analysis, reporting and taxation of private funds
• Familiar with business processes and performance indicators of funds, and able to provide inputs for evaluating fund investments. Fund operation experience will be a plus
• Proficient in speaking, understanding and writing English and Chinese, including specialised terms unique to the technology industry, because they are commonly-used languages within the company, and with stakeholders and business partners;
• Cooperative, responsible detail minded person with a positive attitude, able to manage stress and work in a fast-paced environment
