Fund Management Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Fund Management Officer who will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and reconciling company funds and financial transactions. The position ensures that funds are properly allocated, accurately recorded, and utilized in accordance with company policies and established financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the company’s funds, cash allocations, and financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of fund releases, disbursements, reimbursements, and related transactions.
• Monitor daily cash positions and ensure sufficient funds are available for operational requirements.
• Reconcile fund balances and investigate any discrepancies or irregularities.
• Prepare regular financial and fund utilization reports for management.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Finance, Treasury, and other departments regarding fund-related concerns.
• Review and verify supporting documents for fund requests and disbursements.
• Ensure that all transactions comply with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Maintain organized and updated records of financial documents and reports.
• Assist in budget monitoring and cash flow forecasting.
• Monitor outstanding advances, liquidations, and reimbursements.
• Identify opportunities to improve fund management processes and controls.
• Perform other finance-related duties that may be assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in fund management, treasury, accounting, finance, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of financial transactions, reconciliation, and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting/financial systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and numerical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in cash management, treasury operations, or fund accounting is an advantage.
