Reporting to Head of Public Markets Main Role (Overall accountability):

Part of the Bank s Asset Management team responsible for investment management activities across offerings/ products in public markets. Tasks will involve undertaking research and financial analysis, managing investments, business development, fundraising and providing analytical and documentation support.

Key Accountabilities:

o Managing and developing business in the public equity to:

o Ensure outperformance of mandates

o Earn performance fees on the mandates

o Grow the assets under management

o Comply with investment guidelines and Bank policies

Identifying investments and analyzing investment opportunities

Screening, undertaking research, financial modeling

Monitoring of existing investment performance

Investment reporting/ investor updates based on product/ regulatory requirements

Trade placements

Coordinate for organizing Board Meetings and preparing presentations to the Board

Ensure the maintenance of due records of all investment management activities

Business development activities to grow the assets from existing and new client

New product development

Desired Candidate Profile

Personnel Qualifications:

Post-Graduation with specialization in Finance/Accounts/Economics

CFA desirable

12 years experience in in public equity/ investment management/research in equity markets

Good analytical skills

Good communication skills

Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and undertake travel as per business requirements
