Fund Officer

About the role

Wealth Management Cube Limited (“WMCube”) is a Hong Kong SFC licensed corporation (CE No. BEC913). We provide B2B and B2B2C fund dealing, settlement and insurance administration solutions to financial intermediaries and partners. As part of our business expansion, we are seeking a Fund Operations Officer to handle finance operations and client money processes in a regulated environment.

You will be involved: -

• Handle daily operation tasks like sending orders to product issuer, process contract notes, redemption settlement distribution, transaction advice generation, fund prices and reporting rates handling, etc.
• Handle monthly tasks like regular savings plan, monthly statement, statement reconciliation, etc.
• Handle daily client money deposit/withdraw/FX/internal transfer process
• Handle cash settlement to external parties
• Ad-hoc tasks like user setup, account opening, fund setup and maintenance, corporate actions, transfer order handling, etc.
• Communicate and handle enquiries from financial institutions, clients, and transfer agencies.
• User acceptance test.
• Maintain and improve internal control procedures.

We are looking for: -

• Diploma or above is preferable.
• Prior experience working within SFC regulatory environments.
• At least 2 years industry experience of dealing in securities.
• Independent and responsible.
• Attention to details and with high accuracy in work.
• Good interpersonal skills, analytical skill and able to work independently.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
