What they need
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Operations team to design and implement infrastructure supporting a multi-asset investment platform, covering equities, credit, private funds, and special situations.
Conduct daily portfolio pricing reviews and produce estimated P&L reports, along with weekly and monthly performance summaries.
Manage trade settlement processes by confirming daily trades and resolving breaks with counterparties.
Liaise with investment banks and brokers to complete AML and KYC procedures.
Develop proficiency in portfolio management systems to analyze risk metrics and ensure accurate data processing.
Track corporate actions, coordinate with fund administrators and custodians, and record transactions within portfolio systems as needed.
Support month-end NAV calculations.
Assist with year-end audit preparation and documentation.
