Fund Operation Manager

Company Overview

We are a rapidly growing asset management firm based in Hong Kong. We offer comprehensive investment management and advisory solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking two hands-on, detail-oriented Operation Managers to lead our daily middle and back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

•      Collaborate with the Operations team to design and implement infrastructure supporting a multi-asset investment platform, covering equities, credit, private funds, and special situations.

•      Conduct daily portfolio pricing reviews and produce estimated P&L reports, along with weekly and monthly performance summaries.

•      Manage trade settlement processes by confirming daily trades and resolving breaks with counterparties.

•      Liaise with investment banks and brokers to complete AML and KYC procedures.

•      Develop proficiency in portfolio management systems to analyze risk metrics and ensure accurate data processing.

•      Track corporate actions, coordinate with fund administrators and custodians, and record transactions within portfolio systems as needed.

•      Support month-end NAV calculations.

•      Assist with year-end audit preparation and documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 0-3 year of experience in operations, fund settlement, or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Independent, proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
