About the role

This is a Fund Operations Manager role focused on end-to-end operational setup and management of Hong Kong LPF, BVI, and Cayman Islands fund structures. You will lead fund bank account opening processes, oversee day-to-day fund administration, and ensure strict compliance with SFC regulations and Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO) guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Fund Setup & Bank Account Opening

● Lead the end-to-end operational setup for Hong Kong LPF, BVI, and Cayman Islands fund structures.

● Drive and manage fund bank account opening processes, custodian setup, and counterparty onboarding.

Fund Lifecycle & Operations

● Oversee day-to-day fund administration, trade settlements, cash management, capital calls, distributions, and investor subscriptions/redemptions.

● Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, banks, auditors, and legal advisers.

● Review NAV calculations, management fee computations, and periodic financial deliverables.

Compliance & Risk Control

● Ensure operational procedures strictly align with SFC compliance and Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO) guidelines.

● Conduct investor KYC/AML checks, continuous due diligence, and maintain complete audit trails and SOPs.

Requirements:

● Experience: Proven track record as a Fund Operation Manager (or Senior Officer) within Asset Management or Fund Management companies.

● Fund Structures: In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong LPF, BVI, and Cayman fund mechanics and operational requirements.

● Regulatory Background: Solid grasp of SFC compliance and SFO regulations. Prior experience in SFC Type 4/9 licensed firms is highly preferred.

● Bank Opening Track Record: Hands-on experience in executing fund bank account openings and navigating bank KYC protocols.

● Education & Languages: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines; fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

● 與基金行政管理人員、託管人、銀行、審計師及法律顧問保持緊密協調。

● 覆核基金資產淨值 (NAV) 計算、管理費計算及定期財務報告。

合規與風險控制

● 確保運營流程嚴格符合證監會合規及《證券及期貨條例》(SFO) 的指引。

● 執行投資者 KYC/AML 審查及持續盡職調查，維護完整的審計軌跡及標準作業程序 (SOP)。

任職要求：

● 工作經驗：具備資產管理或基金管理公司基金運營經理（或高級專員）的成熟經驗。

● 基金結構知識：深入了解香港 LPF、BVI 及開曼基金的運作機制與運營要求。

● 監管背景：扎實掌握證監會合規及 SFO 規例。具有證監會第 4/9 號持牌機構工作經驗者優先考慮。

● 銀行開戶經驗：具備執行基金銀行開戶及應對銀行 KYC 要求的實操經驗。

● 學歷及語言：金融、會計、工商管理或相關專業學士學位；精通英語、粵語及普通話。
