About the role

You will work with top-tier investment and longevity funds, ensuring absolute precision in operations. You will meticulously analyze insurance contracts and medical records to support underwriting decisions, take full ownership of policy onboarding and premium payment processing, conduct rigorous quality control checks, and maintain vital financial spreadsheets. You will actively identify discrepancies, suggest workflow improvements, and proactively communicate crucial findings rather than just executing tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Meticulously analyze insurance contracts and medical records to ensure decision-makers have the right documentation to evaluate complex cases
• Take full ownership of policy onboarding, premium payment processing, and tracking updates
• Conduct rigorous quality control checks on valuation files and investor reports
• Maintain vital financial spreadsheets and ensure data integrity
• Identify discrepancies and proactively communicate findings and context to stakeholders
• Suggest workflow improvements and process enhancements
