Fund Operations Manager

As a Fund Operations Vice President, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business and the successful execution of key strategic and operational initiatives. Partnering closely with key stakeholders, you will help coordinate priorities, drive accountability and ensure critical projects and processes are delivered efficiently.

The successful candidate will combine strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and a hands-on approach, acting as a trusted business partner who brings structure, visibility, and execution excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across investment, finance, legal, compliance and external service providers.
• Track and manage key business initiatives, projects and strategic priorities.
• Drive execution and follow-up across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor operational workflows and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Assist with fund launches, investor onboarding, fund administration and service provider management.
• Support management reporting, budgeting, planning and business reviews.
• Coordinate board meetings, investment committee materials and business updates where required.
• Liaise with fund administrators, custodians, auditors, legal counsel and banking partners.
• Maintain operational documentation, policies and procedures.
• Assist functional leads with day-to-day business management and operational requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of fund operations and investment management processes.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Sound commercial judgment and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a lean and entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
