Fund Operations Officer

About the role

Fund Operations Officer at Talis Asset Management Co., Ltd. responsible for maintaining accurate funds, securities, and investment-rule data in relevant systems, and ensuring smooth and accurate fund operations across all aspects of fund management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate funds, securities, and investment-rule data in relevant systems
• Record and verify fund transactions, including trades, subscriptions, redemptions, income, expenses, and corporate actions
• Calculate and review NAV and mark-to-market (MTM) valuations in compliance with applicable standards and regulations
• Process subscription, redemption, and dividend payments, including account reconciliations
• Prepare regulatory reports, tax documents, and required information for relevant authorities, and support process improvements
• Coordinate with fund administrators, trustees, registrars, banks, and internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate fund operations

About you

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the asset management industry is strongly preferred
• Ability to work with large volumes of numerical data with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a strong service mindset
• Good command of English and high proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
