Fund Raising Manager

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors and sponsors.
• Conduct research and identify new funding opportunities and partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
• Manage and analyze fundraising data to track progress and performance.
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to drive growth.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in fundraising and sales, preferably in the employment or recruitment industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven approach.
• Strong knowledge of the employment and recruitment industry, including current trends and best practices.
• Experience working with CRM software and other fundraising tools is an asset.
