Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Debt & Capital Raising – Construction Finance, LAP, LRD, Structured Debt, Project Finance & Refinancing.
Institutional & Investor Fundraising – Funds, AIFs, Family Offices, HNIs & Strategic Investors.
Bank, NBFC & Investor Relationship Management.
Financial Modelling, CMA, Cash Flow & Debt Structuring.
Funding Due Diligence, Documentation, Sanction & Disbursement.
Covenant Compliance & Funding Monitoring.
Treasury Planning, Liquidity Management & Cost Optimisation.
Financial Analysis including DSCR, IRR, NPV & Sensitivity Analysis.
Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
