Summary

As a Fundraising and event Coordinator at Cardinal Grace Animal Rescue, you will play an essential role in developing and implementing fundraising strategies that support our mission. As well as creating ideas and plans for events to support CGAR. This position is vital for enhancing our community outreach efforts and ensuring the sustainability of our programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans to meet organizational goals.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners.
• Research potential funding sources opportunities to support rescue initiatives.
• Coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and outreach activities to engage the community.
• Manage donor databases and track contributions for accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote fundraising efforts through various channels.
• Provide exceptional customer service to donors and supporters, ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fundraising or nonprofit management, preferably within animal welfare or related fields.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication skills for grant writing and public relations efforts.
• Ability to conduct thorough research on funding opportunities and market trends.
• Strategic planning skills to develop effective fundraising initiatives.
• Customer service orientation with a passion for animal welfare.
• Experience managing databases for donor tracking and reporting.
