Fundraiser (success-based)

About the Role

We are an early‑stage U.S. startup preparing a focused angel funding round of $350K, with potential to expand depending on investor interest. We are seeking an experienced fundraising lead to manage and drive the process end‑to‑end.

This role is responsible for leading the angel fundraising process from investor sourcing through closing , working directly with the founders to secure the round efficiently. We are looking for someone who has successfully helped startups raise early‑stage capital and can actively connect the company with qualified investors .

The company operates using a training and service model that has already been implemented successfully in Israel.

This is a fractional / project‑based role with success‑based compensation tied to funds raised .

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the angel fundraising process end‑to‑end
• Identify and introduce qualified angel investors and angel groups
• Build and manage the investor pipeline
• Coordinate investor outreach, introductions, and meetings
• Guide founders on investor communications and negotiations
• Support refinement of pitch materials and positioning
• Drive follow‑ups and maintain momentum with interested investors
• Help move investor conversations through to commitment and closing

Requirements

• Proven experience raising angel or pre‑seed funding rounds
• Ability to introduce startups to active angel investors or angel networks
• Track record of helping companies secure early‑stage investment
• Strong understanding of startup fundraising dynamics
• Hands‑on, execution‑oriented approach
• Comfortable working directly with founders in early‑stage environments

Compensation

• Success‑based compensation (percentage of funds raised)
• Flexible structure depending on experience and level of involvement
• Non‑exclusive engagement
