Fundraising Manager

Position: Manager Fund Raising (NGO Sector)

Reporting Head: Zarna Jain (Director)

Work Experience: Minimum 6yrs in Development Sector

Salary: Based on Industry standards and work experience

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a Fundraising strategy that will ensure growth and sustainability of the organization.
• Tap into existing networks of donors, and build new networks to increase Happy Feet Home’s visibility amongst philanthropists, corporates, trusts and foundations; identify & develop new donors and maximize fundraising opportunities.
• Identify and implement innovative fundraising strategies.
• Raise INR 2-3 crore per year.
• Manage all funder relationships independently and manage funder reporting.
• Undertake research and be aware of trends in palliative care in India.
• Be familiar with fund raising for CSRs
• Be familiar with crowd-sourcing
• Be aware of the overall landscape in terms of grants

Educational Qualifications: MBA/PGDBM/MS

Desired Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Numerical proficiency and a flair for budgets.
• Meticulousness and organising efficiency
