Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organized Fundraising Manager to lead and execute fundraising events in the Indianapolis area. This role is responsible for overseeing event planning, team coordination, donor engagement, and on-site execution to support nonprofit campaigns and community initiatives.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable leading a team, and experienced in fast-paced, public-facing environments. This is a leadership-focused position that combines event coordination, fundraising strategy, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage local charity fundraising events
• Lead and train event staff and volunteers
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup and breakdown
• Engage with community members and donors at live events
• Track fundraising goals and ensure event performance targets are met
• Maintain strong relationships with partners and community organizations
• Provide post-event reporting and performance analysis

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Previous experience in event management, fundraising, marketing, or leadership preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment
• Reliable transportation within the Indianapolis area
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
