About the role

Evo Marketing is seeking a Funds Event Crew member to join our dynamic team based in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of brand management and event execution. In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing fundraising events to life, ensuring seamless execution and delivering exceptional brand experiences that resonate with audiences and stakeholders. You will contribute directly to the success of our event initiatives, working collaboratively with a talented team to create memorable experiences that strengthen brand positioning and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and communicate brand standards throughout all event touchpoints and activities

• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements for future events

• Support promotional and marketing activities associated with fundraising initiatives

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in event coordination, event management or a similar role within the events or marketing industry
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality execution
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Knowledge of brand management principles and event marketing best practices
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to respond quickly to challenges
• Familiarity with event management tools and software (preferred)
• Experience in fundraising or non-profit events (preferred)
