Funnel & Conversion Executive

Ever wondered why some customers book instantly while others leave before reaching the finish line?

As our Funnel & Conversion Executive, the focus is on uncovering the answers. Sitting at the heart of our digital customer journey, this role is all about understanding customer behaviour, identifying friction points and finding smarter ways to turn interest into action.

Working across our websites and apps, the role involves monitoring booking and sign-up journeys, analysing conversion performance and helping shape improvements that make the customer experience smoother and more effective. From supporting A/B testing and experimentation to collaborating with web development, technology and optimisation partners, every enhancement helps drive more bookings, memberships and engagement across our portfolio.

An important part of the role is tracking funnel performance, spotting trends in customer behaviour and helping resolve issues that could be impacting the online experience.

Perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, digging into data, testing new ideas and seeing the direct impact of their work, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference.
