Funnel & Workflow VA

Job Summary:
We're ready to welcome a skilled Developer & Automation Expert with strong hands-on command of n8n to plan, build, and own end-to-end automations and data workflows across our business. This is a mid-to-senior position for a genuine developer and automations expert who carries solid software architecture grounding, ease across several databases, and a disciplined habit around documentation. The right person takes complete ownership of automation projects from first concept through deployment and does their best work building reliable, well-structured systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own automation projects A to Z — from planning through to deployment and ongoing upkeep
• Wire up and connect tools across our stack, taking in Supabase, Airtable, and GreenAPI
• Plan, build, and look after end-to-end automation workflows in n8n
• Architect and look after databases
• Handle data engineering tasks and see that data moves cleanly and reliably across systems
• Set down clear, thorough documentation for every development and workflow
• Bring CI/CD best practices to deployment and release processes
• Work with Git for version control and collaborative development
• Diagnose, tune, and steadily improve existing automations and data pipelines

Mandatory Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on software development behind you
• Solid software architecture grounding
• Practical work across several databases (e.g., SQL, MongoDB, Supabase)
• Strong record building automations and workflows in n8n
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and processes
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
• Strong data engineering fundamentals
• Ability to produce clear, detailed technical documentation
• Dependable, precise, and comfortable working unsupervised
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on work with Airtable
• Record of building automations across several business functions
• Ability to keep several development projects moving at once
• Proven history owning full development lifecycles unaided
