Funnel Builder Virtual Assistant

Job Summary:
We're recruiting a skilled Sales Funnel & Landing Page Specialist to design, build, and optimize high-converting landing pages, sales funnels, and websites. In this role, you'll turn briefs and brand assets into clean, responsive, conversion-focused pages, wire them into the right automations and integrations, and keep everything running smoothly. The right candidate is a hands-on builder with a strong portfolio, sharp attention to detail, and a solid grasp of what makes a funnel convert.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build landing pages, sales funnels, and websites from briefs, wireframes, or brand guidelines
• Structure complete funnel flows (opt-in, sales, upsell, thank-you, and follow-up pages)
• Build and maintain websites, including page layouts, navigation, and on-page content
• Make sure every page is fully mobile-responsive and tuned for fast load times
• Connect funnels and forms to CRM, email, and automation workflows
• Integrate tracking, pixels, analytics, and payment or booking tools as needed
• Set up and run A/B tests to lift conversion rates and page performance
• Keep branding, layout, and messaging consistent across all pages
• Handle compliance-sensitive messaging carefully, seeing that copy and disclaimers meet requirements
• Troubleshoot page, integration, and formatting issues and put fixes in place

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience building landing pages, sales funnels, and websites, with a portfolio to show
• Hands-on proficiency with funnel and page-building platforms such as GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Systeme.io, or WordPress
• Strong grasp of funnel structure and conversion principles
• Experience creating fully responsive, mobile-optimized pages
• Able to integrate forms, automations, tracking, and third-party tools
• Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow briefs closely

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with compliance-sensitive or regulated content (e.g., financial services or insurance)
• Conversion copywriting, or the ability to refine and format provided copy
• Email marketing and automation experience (nurture sequences, workflows)
• Basic design skills with tools such as Canva or Figma
• Familiarity with analytics and A/B testing tools
• A grasp of on-page SEO best practices
• Able to handle multiple builds at once
