Harza Group

About HarZa Group
HarZa Group builds and scales direct-to-consumer health and wellness brands. Our flagship brand is Rejuvacare, with RejuvaKnee as our hero product in chronic pain relief, and we are actively launching new brands across the portfolio. We run entirely on paid digital channels, ship primarily into the United States, and have grown twelve times in a single year with close to 150 people across more than 15 countries. We are remote-first by design and async-first by default.
The Role
In this business, an idea only starts producing revenue once it is live as a working page, funnel or checkout. Marketing can develop a concept and write the copy in a day. How fast that becomes a live, accurate and fully functioning funnel is what determines how fast the company moves.
Checkout Champ is where that happens. We are hiring a Checkout Champ Funnel Developer to build and maintain the funnels that carry our revenue: advertorials, landing pages, VSL pages, quizzes, product pages, checkouts, upsells, downsells and post-purchase flows.
This is a front-end and platform role, not a backend one. We do not build backend systems here. Checkout Champ handles that layer. Your work is the front end on top of it, plus the configuration and administration underneath it. You will write HTML, CSS and JavaScript, build interactive funnel experiences, configure offers and checkout logic, implement tracking, and make sure the whole thing actually works before anyone else sees it.
We ship daily, not monthly. If you enjoy the rhythm of building, launching, testing and iterating inside the same week, this will suit you. If you need long release cycles and a fully specified ticket for every task, it will not.
What You'll Do
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain DTC funnels end to end in Checkout Champ</li>
<li>Turn Figma designs, approved copy and assets into responsive, production-ready pages</li>
<li>Develop custom functionality using HTML, CSS and JavaScript</li>
<li>Build quizzes, selectors, dynamic flows and other interactive funnel experiences</li>
<li>Configure offers, order forms, checkout flows, upsells, downsells and post-purchase journeys inside Checkout Champ</li>
<li>Implement and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, events, GTM, scripts and conversion-related integrations</li>
<li>Work with APIs, webhooks and third-party tools where a requirement calls for it</li>
<li>Build and launch A/B test variations</li>
<li>Troubleshoot front-end, checkout, funnel logic, integration and tracking issues on live traffic</li>
<li>Create reusable components and templates that increase launch speed over time</li>
<li>Use AI coding tools to move faster, and review and validate what they produce rather than shipping it blindly</li>
</ul>
What Success Looks Like
In your first 30 days, you are shipping funnels independently in Checkout Champ, you know our offer structures and page types, and your work is reaching review in a state that does not need to be sent back.
By day 90, we expect [X] funnels or test variations launched per week, median time from approved brief to live page reduced to [X], more than [X]% of your work passing QA without a second development round, and fewer than [X]% of launched pages generating a defect found after approval.
Beyond that, the measure is whether marketing stops waiting on technology. The components and templates you build should make every subsequent launch faster than the last one.
QA Is Part of the Development
You are responsible for the quality of your own work before it reaches our QA stage. Every implementation is checked across the full customer journey. A task is not complete because the page looks correct. It is complete when the full flow works correctly, from the first click through checkout, upsell, downsell and confirmation, with tracking firing at every step, on mobile and on desktop.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
<ul>
<li>Strong, hands-on, verifiable experience building funnels in Checkout Champ. This is a hard requirement. You will be asked to show live pages you built and to explain exactly which parts were yours</li>
<li>Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills</li>
<li>Experience building DTC or performance-driven e-commerce funnels, ideally in a direct-response environment</li>
<li>Practical experience with checkout flows, offers, upsells, downsells and funnel logic</li>
<li>Experience implementing A/B tests</li>
<li>Experience implementing tracking, pixels, GTM and conversion events, and debugging them when they break</li>
<li>Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, scripts and third-party integrations</li>
<li>Ability to debug and solve technical problems independently, without detailed instructions for every task</li>
<li>Experience using AI coding tools, and the judgment to validate their output</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and a QA-focused mindset</li>
<li>Professional working English, written and spoken</li>
<li>Reliable overlap with the 8am to 12pm EST collaboration window</li>
</ul>
How We Expect You to Work
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the final result. You should be able to take a requirement, choose a sensible technical approach, flag potential problems early, test your own work thoroughly across the full flow, and solve problems without being walked through them.
We value people who think, not only people who execute. This environment is fast and still being built, which means a share of the work will not arrive fully specified. The people who do well here ask the right question, propose an approach, and move.
Speed matters here. Reliability matters just as much.
Benefits
What We Offer
A fully remote, async-first environment with a team across more than 15 countries. Paid time off, wellness support, equipment support and learning budget, with specifics shared during the hiring process. Direct ownership of quality across a portfolio of fast-growing DTC brands, with the people making decisions one message away.
Our Values
Own It. Make It Count. Find a Way. Master Your Craft. Win Together. These are operational standards here, used in hiring, performance and promotion decisions.
