Minimum qualification of Diploma in any Engineering Field
Fresh graduates with Degree in any Engineering Field
At least 3 years or working experience as control room operator
Familiarity and experience with SCADA system would be an advantage
Operate the furnace. Switch out and isolate the furnace if required
Capture all required data that is relevant in Furnace Chart and MIS Shift production data sheets completed
Furnace optimization activities co-ordinate
Control the Raw Material that is entering the furnace based on Recipe given
Main communication hub
Manage the electrode slipping, casing, paste and condition for the furnaces
Taphole management
Promote Safety, Environmental, Health and Quality Control programs within his/her area of responsibility.
Assisting in ADHOC activities
