• Load and unload parts for furnace processing.
• Set furnace controls and monitor operating conditions to maintain proper heat-treatment performance.
• Record and document heat-treatment data accurately.
• Verify processed parts meet engineering and quality specifications.
• Follow strict safety procedures and enforce workplace safety and quality standards.
• Perform basic equipment checks and assist with identifying operational issues.
• Communicate concerns or equipment problems to maintenance and supervision.
