AA Maintenance Services LLC is a growing company looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team! We’re seeking hands-on workers who are versatile, willing to learn, and ready to take on a variety of tasks.

No experience necessary — just a good work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to follow safety procedures.

Job Responsibilities

This position involves a variety of maintenance and general labor duties. One of the primary responsibilities is working inside a manufacturing facility that uses powdered carbon (bone black). After the furnaces cool to ambient temperature, workers help clean out residual carbon and reline the furnaces after each production run.

Additional duties may include:

• Garage demolitions
• Residential and commercial property cleanouts
• General handyman work
• Basic maintenance and labor tasks as assigned

This is not a nonstop heavy-grinding position, but it does require hands-on work, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Safety Equipment Provided

Your safety is important to us! AA Maintenance Services LLC provides the required personal protective equipment (PPE), including:

• Tyvek protective suits
• Respirators
• Other necessary safety equipment

All employees are expected to follow established safety procedures and properly use the required protective equipment.

• Valid driver's license is a plus, but not required

Government Facility Access Requirements: Applicants must have the required documentation to gain access to the facility :A birth certificate, and valid ID or driver's license, or a passport.

Schedule & Pay

• Days: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour
• Pay Schedule: Paid weekly on Fridays
• Overtime: Occasional overtime may be available
