Furniture Repair Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Furniture Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing, restoring, and completing touch-ups on a variety of furniture pieces to ensure they meet our quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and assess furniture damage or wear to determine appropriate repair methods
• Perform repairs on furniture, including fixing scratches, dents, loose joints, and other damages
• Complete touch-up work to restore furniture appearance, including refinishing and polishing
• Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
• Document repair processes and communicate progress with team members and clients as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in furniture repair, restoration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of different furniture materials and repair techniques
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment
• Attention to detail and a high level of craftsmanship
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
• Physical dexterity and stamina to handle manual tasks and lift furniture as needed

Requirements:

At least 1 year experience

Ability to work in warehouse environment
