Supervise daily food manufacturing operations and staff activities according to work plans. Monitor processing, packaging, sanitation, and material handling activities. Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, quality, and safety standards. Guide operators and address routine operational issues. Report deviations, quality concerns, or equipment problems. Maintain daily operational records.
