Power Washing Technician

**Hiring Immediately for Mon - Sat day shift and night shift. In person interviews this week in Conway.

20-40+ hours a week

Rolling Suds Power Washing is looking for someone who shows up, works hard, and brings a good attitude to every job. No pressure washing experience needed, we’ll train the right person!

What You’ll Do

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM. Occasional Saturdays as needed. We’re flexible and happy to work with your schedule as long as you’re available for most of these times.
• Assist with power washing and soft washing jobs (training provided)
• Work closely with the crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently
• Handle equipment, ladders, and physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs, work in all weather)
• Show up on time and ready to work

What Matters Most

• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
• Attitude: Positive, respectful, and willing to learn
• Reliability: We need people who show up, on time, every day
• Work Ethic: Hustle, focus, and willingness to get your hands dirty
• Experience with small engine repair/maintenance is a plus

Not Required

• No experience in pressure washing or related trades needed, we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
