Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Engineering Physics, Robotics, or a related technical field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in technology and innovation.
• Programming experience gained through studies, projects, internships, or personal initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience from academic projects, thesis work, or other technical development activities is considered an advantage.
• Previous work experience within a relevant technical field, for example through part-time employment, internships, summer jobs, or extracurricular projects, is highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience gained outside of academic studies, such as internships, part-time work, summer jobs, personal projects, student organizations, or open-source contributions.
• Demonstrated passion for technology through extracurricular activities or practical engineering experience.
• Experience in software development, embedded systems, electronics, AI/ML, testing, or product development is considered a strong advantage
