Future Ready Project Officer

Reporting to: Head of Employability

Contract: 18 months

Salary: £16,723 (£27,871 FTE)

Hours: 22 hours (3 days a week)

Purpose of post Community Action is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated FutureReady Project Officer to join our team on our employability project for unpaid carers. The role will provide tailored support to help unpaid carers develop key workplace skills, build confidence and prepare for employment. You will design and deliver an engaging curriculum, offer one-to-one guidance, and create a supportive environment where participants can progress towards their career goals.
