Retail TITAN 2027 is a 6-month Future Retail Leader Program designed for high-potential university students who want to gain hands-on experience in retail business management, leadership, and real-world business execution.

You won’t just observe how retail works. You’ll take on real business challenges, work with a team, experience store operations, develop solutions, and deliver measurable business impact.

What You’ll Experience

LEARN — Understand the Business
Build your foundation in Retail DNA, customer understanding, store operations, business fundamentals, and key business KPIs.

LEAD — Think Like a Mini CEO
Take ownership of business challenges, work with your team, make decisions, and develop your leadership capabilities.

EXECUTE — Run a Real Store Sandbox
Diagnose real business opportunities and turn insights into action. You’ll gain exposure across Business Management, Customer Management, Finance Management, and People Management.

DELIVER IMPACT — Make Your Ideas Count
Develop and execute solutions that can generate measurable outcomes and meaningful business impact, then showcase your results through a final business pitch.

Eligibility Requirements

• Undergraduate students in Year 3–4
• Minimum GPA 2.75
• Interested in Retail, Business, Management, Operations, Commercial, Data, Customer Experience, or related areas
• Strong interest in developing leadership and business management capabilities
• Comfortable working in teams and solving real business problems
• Ready to learn, experiment, execute, and receive feedback
• Able to participate throughout the program and assigned business activities
