Futures & Options - Clearing Operations - Analyst

Operations Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining various MIS reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Business, Tech and vendor to define and validate the logic and requirements for systems used by Operations.
• Participate in UAT for new system/function go-live, system enhancement or new process automation, and maintain operational documentation.
• Reviews KYC records submitted for accuracy / completeness / compliance with AML, Local and Corporate Due Diligence requirements.
• Review and validate documents supporting evidence to the KYC record in the system.
• Provide guidance and oversight to Onboarding team with respect to policies, priorities and procedures.
• Identify operational tasks that could be streamlined using available resources, and work with different teams to implement.
• Interaction with clients, local custodies, Exchanges or relevant counterparties for various operations matters.
• Support Operations related projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Futures qualification certificate is highly preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• University graduate with relevant finance industry experience.
• Familiarity with automation and data visualization tool.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to partner with different stakeholders to support various projects and initiatives.
• Attention to detail with good problem-solving skills
• A team player who demonstrates work ethic and consistently demonstrates a high-level of professionalism
