Job Description

Box Office Hours:

• Monday-Friday 12:45pm-6:15pm (Flexible Scheduling)

• Open extended hours for nights of show

• Weekend Availability as Needed

• Weekend Events

Box Office Responsibilities:

• Ticketing and assisting patrons via phone and in-person
• Troubleshooting errors for patrons
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Navigate ticketing software: Archtics
• Transferring phone calls between departments

Desired skills and traits:

• Able to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
• Previous ticketing experience is a plus but not required
• Experience with computer systems
• Customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
