Summary Job Description

The student assistant supports the Dean of the School of Business with day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Answers phone calls. Responds to basic requests.
• Helps in preparing PowerPoint presentations, Excel worksheets, and miscellaneous reports as directed.
• Assists in updating Employer contacts.
• Assists in updating student internship information.
• Performs internet searches and helps with research, as needed
• Performs other duties as required.

Skills and Capabilities: Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint is a must. Ability to spell correctly or check spelling for correct usage, as needed. Maintains confidentiality. Good keyboard skills are required.
