Role: FX and Cross Currency Support Engineer

Position Type: Contract

Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

• FX and Cross Currency Domain Knowledge:

  • Apply deep understanding of FX and cross currency markets to support our payment systems.
  • Collaborate with trading and risk teams to address and resolve issues.

• L2 Production Support:

  • Provide Level 2 production support for FX and cross currency payment platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of production systems.

• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE):

  • Implement SRE best practices to improve system reliability and performance.
  • Automate operational processes and develop tools to enhance system monitoring and alerting.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

• Monitoring Tool Development:

  • Design and build robust monitoring tools to proactively identify and address system issues.
  • Integrate monitoring solutions with existing infrastructure and applications.

• Cloud / AWS Exposure:

  • Exposure to AWS services to deploy, manage, and scale applications.
  • Implement cloud-based solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in cloud environments.
